On September 26, 2015, all of Transport JGRS Boudreault’s employees and regular carriers received training on the transportation of dangerous goods.
Given by the Centre de formation en transport de Charlesbourg, this mandatory 4-hour training session focused on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations and their application. More specifically, it aimed to:
- Identify the main elements of the legislation on transporting dangerous goods
- Teach participants about the classification of these goods and how to consult the list of dangerous goods
- Identify the rules and procedures governing shipping documents
- Show participants how to differentiate and select safety marks
- Identify traffic regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods on the road network
The certificate issued is valid for a period of 3 years and must be renewed if the truck driver continues operations.
